What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most of the credit cards available including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged as soon as you submit your order.

My credit card keeps getting denied. What's up?

If you're experiencing issues with entering your credit card, double-check that all of the information is exactly as it appears on your statement. If everything is correct, your card type could be an issue (some debit and gift cards are not accepted by our payment processor), or it could be a restriction on cross ­border purchases. You'll want to contact your credit card provider for further assistance.

Is Skinstree secure?

Skinstree uses the Shopify and Stripe payment processor network to ensure the latest in security technology is keeping your information safe. Your confidential information in encrypted while in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What is your site's currency?

During checkout the currency is USD.

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?

Unfortunately we only allow one coupon per order - our codes are not stackable. But on the plus side, you have one for next time, right?
